Marlee's Fundraiser for Cancer Council WA

Marlee is a current Year 5 student at this school. Marlee is a very thoughtful and helpful young lady who loves to help others and make a contribution to supporting causes. She is very aware of the impact of a range of conditions and illnesses on individuals and families and is enjoying being able to make her contribution to helping others.

Marlee shares a close bond with an older cousin, Jess, in the UK who battled childhood cancer and is a long-term survivor. Jess is also an avid fundraiser for cancer and supporting Marlee in her fundraising goals.

Marlee has lovely long hair of which she is very proud. However, she has now decided to cut her hair to raise funds for cancer research and care. She will donate her shorn locks to Variety for wig making.

The hair cutting will take place on Friday 28 June at 11.30am in the school undercover area. Photos will be posted after this date. Marlee's donation  page will remain open until Saturday 6 July.

All donations are greatly appreciated and can be done via the collection box in the front office or logging on to the below link.
